Hearts Full of Love does not provide rental or utility assistance.  The primary focus of Hearts Full of Love is on individuals who are living unsheltered. 

Hearts Full of Love only provides assistance with hotel room fees during inclement weather to those who are living unsheltered. 

No, currently Parker County doesn't have any temporary housing options, but Hearts Full of Love hopes to change that once we move forward with Hope Community. 

To qualify for the Rapid Rehousing program clients must meet the HUD definition of Category 1 homeless.  Category 1 homeless is anyone currently living unsheltered (on the streets, outdoors, in a car, abandoned building, anywhere not meant for habitation)
