Our Ministries

Sharing Jesus.

Hearts Full Of Love serves the homeless in Parker County by referral, outreach, and going to areas where we receive reports of people living in uninhabitable conditions.

RRH (Rapid Rehousing)

This federally funded program managed by Hearts Full of Love helps the homeless to solve the immediate challenges of obtaining permanent housing by connecting them to resources that allow them to achieve housing stability and avoid returning to homelessness. We believe Rapid Re-Housing is a critical part of a community’s effective homeless crisis response system by reducing the amount of time someone is homeless.

FPF  (Front Porch Friends)

Every Saturday morning, we serve the homeless in Parker County on the front porch of Central Christian Church. We serve a hot breakfast, coffee and juice. We also hand out hygiene kits, water, and food to go. This is a casual way for our homeless friends to get connected with Hearts Full of Love and a perfect opportunity for new volunteers to get involved with Hearts Full of Love ministry.

This outreach is not possible without the support and partnership with Central Christan Church staff and congregation.

Mobile Pantry and Breakfast Blessing

On the 3rd Saturday of each month Hearts Full of Love hosts a Breakfast Blessing and a mobile food pantry in Horseshoe Bend. Horseshoe Bend is a Parker County community located just south of Weatherford. The community comes out to enjoy a free hot breakfast (provided by First United Methodist of Weatherford) including juice, coffee, and great conversation. The mobile food pantry is open at the same time and is available to anyone in Parker County and includes fresh produce and kitchen staples.

Thank you First Baptist Church Horseshoe Bend and Tarrant Area Food Bank for making this outreach possible.

Street Outreach

We serve the homeless in Parker County by referral, outreach, and going to areas where we receive reports of people living in uninhabitable conditions. Support can include food, water, sleeping bags, warm clothing and assistance with local programs and resources. We know that by building trust and meeting basic needs, we can share the love of Christ with an under-served population in our community.

Christmas Wish

This program is designed to help families, that we as an organization have developed a relationship with, experience the JOY of Christmas! We have seen God's hand show up thru our wonderful friends and supporters throughout the years. We will share our blog in early December. Please be on the lookout for it to become acquainted with "our families".

Testimonials

First came across Hearts Full of Love in 2018. I had just become homeless and hopeless and started collecting flyers everywhere for any organization that could help me. The first time I called someone answered the phone and they did not hesitate to help me get back on my feet. A while later I found myself again homeless and lost. Again, I called Hearts Full of Love and actually worked with them. They helped me go from behind dumpsters to a 3-bedroom apartment, from hating everyone to loving myself and everyone. They helped guide me from having no reason to faith; to having every reason to not only have faith, that no matter what you not only have God on your side, but you have us too!
